As a customer of cgraphics, we are legally obliged to inform you that we currently hold your details within our secure database. Through placing orders, you would have provided company details which fall under the GDPR legislation.

Here at cgraphics, we only collect your information when you contact us; this includes placing an order via an email, over the phone or on the online portal. We take your privacy very seriously and only use your personal information when we are administering an order.

How do we store and protect your information?

Firstly, we never share your personally identifiable information to any third parties. Your personal data is used for legitimate business purposes only and kept within secure networks (Mac’s / PC’s), locked in cabinets, watched by CTV systems and is only accessible by a limited number of people who have designated access rights to these systems.
